Deputy Stage Manager 

Responsible for supporting the Stage Manager in the planning, organisation and smooth running of rehearsals and performances, including maintaining rehearsal documentation, coordinating backstage activities, tracking production elements, and assisting with communication between the creative team, cast and crew.

Props Master

Responsible for sourcing, creating, maintaining and managing all hand props and set dressing required for the production, ensuring props are rehearsed with, safely stored, accurately preset, and available for all performances in accordance with the Director's artistic vision.

Hair & Make-up Coordinator 

Responsible for designing, coordinating and overseeing all hair and make-up requirements for the production, in consultation with the Director and Costume Coordinator, including sourcing materials, organising application schedules, supervising volunteers, and ensuring performers are stage-ready for rehearsals, performances and promotional activities.

Member/s of the Creative Team may be sourced from the broader professional sector to boost capacity within the Region. All other roles will be appointed from local talent. Members are expected to uphold standards of behaviour as expected by a Council contractor.
