If you would like to receive emails about upcoming shows on sale through the Pilbeam Theatre Box Office, you have two ways to do this:

When you buy tickets from us, you will be asked if you want to receive information about upcoming events and special offers from us and event promoters.

To unsubscribe from these promotional emails, just click on 'Unsubscribe' at the bottom of any the emails or contact the Box Office on 4927 4111.

PRIVACY NOTICE: Rockhampton Regional Council deals with personal information in accordance with law, including the Information Privacy Act 2009. Council is collecting information you supply in this form to keep you informed about upcoming events at the Pilbeam Theatre and on sale through the Pilbeam Theatre Box Office. Your data will not be disclosed to anyone else unless required by law.

When purchasing tickets through the See It Live website, your details are automatically added to our mailing list which you can opt-out of at any time.

Please note that for some shows, we sell tickets as an agent for an event promoter. An event promoter may request that we provide them with a list of ticket buyers to their show who have opted in to receive promotional emails. In this situation, we provide only the first name, email address and postcode of those who have bought tickets to that particular show and have opted in to receiving emails. If you do not wish this to happen, please do not opt in to receiving promotional emails, and perhaps consider signing up to E-list instead.
