Based on the book series by P.L. Travers of the same name and, more notably, the 1964 musical film starring Julie Andrews and Dick Van Dyke. The stage show features many of the original songs made famous by the Oscar-winning duo of Richard and Robert Sherman, with additional music and lyrics from George Stiles and Anthony Drewe. Mary Poppins is the 40th Annual Musical for Emmaus College, showcasing and long and proud history of music theatre opportunities for our college students over the many years. Come along and watch the wonder and magic of Cherry Tree Lane as it happens! Listen to classic songs, such as ‘Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious’, ‘Step in Time’, ‘A Spoonful of Sugar’, ‘Practically Perfect’, ‘Chim Chim Cher-ee’, ‘Let’s go Fly a Kite’ and the beautifully haunting, ‘Feed the Birds’, just to name a few..
