TICKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS and CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

This event is organised by So Drama! Entertainment and Rockhampton Regional Council.

No refunds or exchanges except in accordance with the Live Performance Australia (LPA) Ticketing Code of Practice (fees will apply if refund/exchange is granted).

The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary advertised programs as necessary.

Tickets sold by the venue as the authorised seller are intended for the use by the purchaser and not to be resold through ticket resell websites such as Viagogo, Ebay, Gumtree etc. Tickets purchased from these websites may be invalid and entry to the event may be refused.

Every patron must have a valid ticket. The right of admission is reserved.

If an outdoor performance is cancelled due to adverse weather or for any other cause reasonably beyond the seller's control, there is no right to refund or exchange and no obligation is assumed by the seller for the arranging of a substitute service, event or performance.

Patrons purchasing tickets at a discount price online (such as student, pensioner, concession) must carry relevant ID on the night. Failure to produce appropriate ID may result in the patron being charged the full price for the ticket.

Rockhampton Regional Council assumes no responsibility for the error, omission, deletion, defect, delay in transmission, or line failure.

Children 11 years and under receive free general admission access with a paying adult. Free children’s tickets must be selected during the ticket purchase process. Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times whilst inside the Event site.

Event Organisers reserve the right to inspect and search bags on entry to the Event site.

You must ensure that you and any other party you buy tickets on behalf of (‘invitees’) act in an orderly manner when attending the Event. We may refuse entry or evict you or any of your invitees if they are behaving in a disorderly, offensive or inappropriate manner.

You consent to be included in photographs, video and sound recordings of the Event and for these photographs and recordings to be used by Rockhampton Regional Council and the So! Drama Entertainment during or after the Event, for promotional archival and reporting purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, please inform the Duty Manager at the Event.

Rockhampton Regional Council and So Drama! Entertainment, are respectively the owners of the copyright in the Images and Recordings and the physical Images and Recordings created by them. No payment, royalty or other consideration will be paid.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability of any nature for the acts, omissions or default of those providing services in connection with the Event or any liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay or additional expenses which are incurred at or in association with this Event. Where legislation implies any condition or warranty which cannot be excluded or modified, that condition or warranty will be deemed to be included in these conditions. However, our liability for any breach of such condition or warranty will be limited, at our option, to the cost of refunding the ticket. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary or special damages.

You acknowledge that neither Council nor So! Drama Entertainment nor the Event site will be responsible for any loss or damage to the property (including personal property such as bags, money or other personal items) brought to or purchased at the Event by you or your invitees.

Council reserves the right to inspect and search bags brought into or out of the Event.

Alcoholic beverages must not be taken into or out of the Event. It is an offence for minors to purchase or consume alcohol or for persons to supply alcohol to minors. Alcohol may only be consumed in clearly marked areas of the Event.

Limited quantities of the advertised 'Singapore tasting platters' are available. A voucher will be supplied to ticket holders at the event gate, but the voucher does not guarantee that you will receive a tasting platter.

Smoking (including the use of electronic cigarettes or similar devices) is only permitted in the designated outdoor smoking areas of the Event;

PRIVACY NOTICE:
The Pilbeam Theatre (and its online ticketing portal, seeitlive.com,au) collects information you give us when you purchase tickets.

We do this for the purpose of managing your booking and, if you opt-in to receive promotional emails, managing our promotional database.

For some shows, we sell tickets as an agent for an event promoter. An event promoter may request that we provide them with a list of ticket buyers to their show who have opted-in to receive promotional emails. In this situation, we provide only the first name, email address and postcode of those who have opted-in to receiving emails from that promoter’s specific show.
