It's time for everyone's favourite Christmas event, Mayor's Carols by Candlelight.

Featuring local performers accompanied by local musicians, the concerts are filled with joyful Christmas songs and Christmas carols.

Donations go to this year’s nominated charity, Fitzroy Community Hospice.

 

Gates open 5pm, concert starts 7pm. Food vendors and market stalls on site (some may be cash only).

Mayor's Carols By Candlelight is a Rockhampton Regional Council event supported by CQ Today, Triple M, Seven Rockhampton and other local businesses.

 

PARKING INFORMATION

If you are coming to Carols by Candlelight at the Music Bowl on Saturday (9 December) here is some important information:

Limited parking is available on the Music Bowl site. Entry via Nuttal Street.
More parking is available at CQUniversity. Entry via College Rd, (opposite Nuttal street).

To ensure the safety of all, a free shuttle bus service will operate from the CQUniversity car park to and from the Music Bowl before the show and afterwards. Traffic management will be in place. Please obey the signage, traffic controllers and parking attendants and park only in the areas designated for Carols by Candlelight parking.

Please do not park on the roadside.

PICK UP / DROP OFF & DISABILITY PARKING is available near the Music Bowl gates. Enter via Nuttal Street.
