Coronavirus

As a safety precaution in response to COVID-19, events at the Pilbeam Theatre up to and including 30 April have been cancelled. Some shows after that date have also cancelled.  Cancelled and rescheduled shows are noted on the individual event listing on this website.

 We will continue to communicate and advise when we have further information on future events.

As of Monday 23 March 2020, the Pilbeam Theatre is now closed public access, however Box Office staff are continuing to work to process refunds for the shows that have cancelled.

If you hold tickets to cancelled shows:

Thanks to everyone for your patience while our Box Office staff work through the large number of ticket refunds for the shows that have been cancelled.

We are working through performances in date order and refunding in the same way you made your purchase (eg credit card purchase = amount refunded to your credit card).


Refunds:

Tickets bought in person with cash, card or Gift Voucher at Box Office – due to having to restrict public access, cash collections are not available at this time. Your refund will be kept safe until the doors reopen- you will be notified when this happens.

Tickets bought online (using Visa or Mastercard only) – tickets will be automatically refunded. Box Office will not contact you.

Tickets bought online using Paypal- we are working with PayPal to organise refunds to your PayPal account as soon as possible, please bear with us

 

Everyone who has bought tickets to cancelled shows will receive a refund, but this may take some time to process them all and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
