The Home Front

With sons and daughters at war in Belgium on the Western Front, war has broken out at home back in Gayndah.

In 1917 the ladies of the Feel Good Society and the Red Cross take up their positions on The Home Front - let the battle for the 2nd referendum on Conscription commence. A moving story about women during war and the power of the post.

Locally written by Mark Roberts, composed by Terry Million and presented by Emmaus College. Sponsored by the Qld Anzac Centenary Grants and the Emmaus P&F.
